Hi, I’m Kristin. I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of S.A.G.E. Therapy Center in Carlsbad. I created this practice with a clear purpose: to offer compassionate, real-world support to people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s complex transitions.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. Like many of my clients, I’ve had to work through challenges from childhood and face difficult seasons of adulthood, including a three-year struggle with infertility that profoundly shaped my journey. Through those experiences, I found strength, clarity, and deep joy. I’m now a proud mom of two beautiful children (one though birth and one through adoption) and have been with my husband since 2003.

These lived experiences have made me both a more grounded person and a more effective therapist. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, depressed, and anxious, and I also know how healing, growth, and peace are possible.
